Group Exhibits

I  have two photos in the Light and Shadow show put on the O’Hanlon Photo Group at the Bank of Marin in Mill Valley. The photos are Crazy Fire and Riveting Light. The bank is at 19 Sunnyside Ave, and the exhibit runs from 3/27-6/15/18. The bank’s hours are Monday-Friday 10-6.

I also have two photos in the O’Hanlon Photo Group exhibit called Blur, at the Mill Valley Public Library. The photos are called Tulip Joy and Prismatic #1. The exhibit runs from 4/2-30/18.

I have one photo in the Blue exhibit at the O’Hanlon Center for the Arts gallery, from 3/29-4/19/18. My photo is one of a series called Fractured Forest. The O’Hanlon Center is at 616 Throckmorton Ave in Mill Valley; the gallery is open 11-3 Tuesdays-Fridays and 10-2 on Saturdays.

I had one photo in the Essence of Water show at the O’Hanlon Center for the Arts Gallery, opening 9/28 and running through 10/26/17. The photo is called “Monet at Mill Valley,” and is part of a new theme I’ve been working on.   I was at the Artists’ Roundtable on Tuesday, October 3, 4-5:30, where the artists discuss their work.

I had one photo–called “Wheels of Progress”– in the O’Hanlon Photography Group exhibit called Patterns, which was at the Bank of Marin at 19 Sunnyside Ave., Mill Valley, CA. The show went up on 9/18, and was up until 11/3/17.

And I had a photo published in a book for the first time this December. My photo of a group of “weaner” (young) elephant seals at Ano Nuevo State Park has been published by Pearson Education in the textbook College Physics, 4e by Knight/Jones/Field, copyright 2018. Here’s the photo:

I suggested we put together an art exhibit where I work, Pearson Education at Sansome and Filbert in San Francisco. It shows the art of myself and eight colleagues; it’s called Diverse Talents 2017, and is sponsored by the Diversity and Inclusion Group. The exhibit was up from June to December 2017; here’s one of the two photos I showed:

We are going to try to make this an annual event.
